Phoebe Potter is a textiles driven designer, motivated by print, colour and texture, which play an integral role in her design process. She loves to work in many mediums, layering different textures and techniques. She finds beauty in naivety and is inspired by children’s wild imagination, curiosity and creativity which flows into her design aesthetic. Phoebe aims to empower through fashion by creating exquisitely tailored garments that people feel good in, as she believes clothes can create confidence.
Phoebe graduated from Edinburgh College of Art with a first class honours degree in Fashion design, specialising in womenswear. Her AW/23 collection was awarded ‘Highly Commended’ at Graduate Fashion Week and her work has been exhibited at Pure London, the biggest fashion festival in the UK. Phoebe was short listed for the ‘Zandra Rhodes Fashion and Textiles Award’ and scouted by ‘Not Just a Label’ as an upcoming designer.
